March Madness is Almost Here!

Open The Door To Hockey is teaming up with Red Cross for the month of march. Together we are donating time, money, and blood to help those in need. There will be donation boxes around the rink that will gladly accept any offers. Red Cross will be setting up blood donating booths so you can give blood and help out. This will be going on every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12pm to 5pm.
On Friday March 11th Open The Door To Hockey will be hosting a fundraising hockey tournament that will be raising money to donate to the Red Cross Foundation. For every goal scored in the tournament there will be a 200 dollar donation made by ODHockey. We will also be having a chuck a puck competition to help raise money too. To enter our tournament you will need a team of eight players and come down to ODHockey rink and sign up and get the rules.
We hope to see you all here at the rink and join us in supporting those in need and helping the Red Cross foundation by raising money. ODHockey, in honor of the Red Cross foundation, will be having a lunch at the rink. We will be having hamburgers, hot dogs, and much more. A couple members of the Red Cross foundation will be speaking at the lunch to help raise awareness about what they do and what you can do to help out. They will also answer any questions that you may have to feel free to ask. The lunch will take place at the rink on Thursday march 17th and will start at 1pm and last till 5pm. Open The Door To Hockey and Trada Art Studio is teaming up

Trada Art Studio and Gallery and Open The Door To Hockey are teaming up for a weekend special event. The weekend of February 26th through 28th.  Here at Open The Door To Hockey ice rink Trada Art Studios will be setting up some of their beautiful pieces of art for anyone to come and enjoy and even buy these masterpieces. You can expect to find the latest works from lots of very talented local and worldwide known artists. Trada studios will be offering  paintings prints, sculptures or glass art here. We will be hosting a hockey tournament that same weekend. This will be the first tournament held at the new ice arena so we will be making it extra special for everyone. Including live entertainment and fun games and food to enjoy.

Open House!!!!

Join us Saturday February 20th at Open The Door To Hockey ice arena for and open house! Food and drinks will be supplied by our concession stands including hot dogs, hamburgers, brats, and more! We will be opening the doors at 9:00 am and will be kicking things off with a grand tour of the whole facility, guided by your's truly.  After the tour is done you will have the chance to meet and greet our wonderful staff and trainers. They will be answering any questions you have about next season and this gives you a chance to get to know the people your children will be with. Then starting at noon you will get the chance to enter into our grand opening contest and have the chance to win some really cool prizes. Some of the prizes include a 200 $ gift certificate to our pro shop Dangles, tickets to a Chicago Blackhawk or Minnesota Wild game, a chance to meet a NHL player, and much much more!
